The winners from Leverkusen drive MAN

• The successful football team from Leverkusen uses a converted MAN TGX for its triumphant campaign 
• The unique special vehicle comes from the MAN Truck Modification Centre in Wittlich 
• It offers enough space for players, coaches and officials - and is absolutely "party-proof" 
• The MAN parade truck has already been used seven times since 2012 

Bayer 04 Leverkusen has done it: the team from the Rhineland has won the German Football Championship for the first time. It is quite possible that another title will be added after tomorrow's final match for the German Football Cup against 1. FC Kaiserslautern. This must of course be celebrated - with a triumphal procession through Leverkusen. The starting point is at Morsbroich Palace on 26 May, where the team will first sign the city of Leverkusen's Golden Book. The procession will then make its way through Leverkusen and to the BayArena, where tens of thousands of fans will be waiting for their heroes. 

Drinks and music are on board 

The rolling party area for the triumphal procession will include a special vehicle that is only available once in Germany: the ParadeTruck from MAN. The custom-built vehicle is based on a MAN TGX truck with 400 hp and was converted at the MAN Truck Modification Centre in Wittlich. To make it easier for the fans to recognise their idols, the MAN conversion specialists first removed the roof of the cab. Players, coaches and officials can celebrate on a special platform with railings. It offers space for a maximum of 60 people and is absolutely party-proof: there are drinks, music and a toilet on board - so nothing stands in the way of a lively celebration on the corso truck in the Leverkusen club colours. 

The MAN parade truck has already been deployed seven times since 2012 

Past missions have already proven that the truck is a great place to cheer and dance. Borussia Dortmund celebrated the double on board in 2012, followed by Bayern Munich in 2013 and 2014 (treble and double respectively). In 2017 and 2021, it was Dortmund's turn again to celebrate two cup wins. RB Leipzig also celebrated two cup wins in 2022 and 2023, setting the stage for the first unforgettable parade through Leverkusen and around the BayArena.
